Panda Restaurant Group, a leader in American Chinese dining, is seeking a Store Manager to run a single Panda Express location and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You will hire and direct associates, manage financial goals, and ensure food safety and quality. We provide an 8+ week leadership training program and mentorship to support your success.

This role requires flexibility to work varied shifts, and willingness to relocate within 50 miles if needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be able to relocate within 50 miles of home if needed.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified or willing to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Hire, train, and lead store associates; supervise daily activities for quality service.
• Participate in 8+ weeks of store leadership training to ensure readiness.
