Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express location in California. You will hire, train, and supervise team members to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
Lead and participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program for success.
Support and develop team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive store performance.
