Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager to oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store in the local area. You will hire, coach and direct associates to achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week leadership training program, ongoing development, and clear avenues for advancement into higher management roles within the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Lead and participate in leadership training and development activities.
• Support 8+ weeks of store leadership training program.
