Panda Restaurant Group is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates to reach financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store including hiring, directing and managing associates to hit financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in a comprehensive 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
