Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager to oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store in the Bayonne area. You will hire, coach, and direct associates to hit financial targets while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
