Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a Panda Express location within the Stockton area.

You will be responsible for hiring, supervising, and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role includes an eight-week or longer store leadership training program, opportunities for growth into management, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
• ADA accommodations available upon request.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring and directing staff to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Lead and mentor associates, drive performance, and implement training programs.
• Participate in ongoing leadership development and pursue opportunities for advancement within the company.
