Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express location and manage associates to meet financial goals and guest service standards.
• Hire, train, and direct staff, ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to company policies.
• Complete the 8+ weeks leadership training program to prepare for advancement.
