Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Illinois. You will manage a single store, hire and direct associates, and drive financial results while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and guest experiences to meet financial goals.
• Hire, train and supervise store associates to ensure performance and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in leadership training programs to develop skills and growth opportunities.
