Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express store in Crystal Lake, IL. You will drive store performance, manage associates, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while meeting financial goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Ability to work opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store and manage associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Hire, train, and direct staff to ensure smooth operations and top guest service.
• Lead scheduling, opening/closing shifts, and ensure safety and quality standards across the shift.
• Participate in the 8+ week leadership training program and ongoing development.
