Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Provide an 8+ weeks of store leadership training to prepare for success.
• Support ongoing career development and leadership training.
