The role includes a leadership training track (12+ weeks) and progression towards General Manager, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
