Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Prescott, AZ.

You will oversee all aspects of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, coaching, and directing associates to meet financial goals while delivering guest experiences. External hires begin as Store Managers as part of our General Manager development path; after training and GM certification (GO100), you will be eligible for promotion to General Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, coaching and directing associates to meet financial goals and ensure guest experiences.
• Lead the store to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive store performance.
• Participate in leadership training and progression toward General Manager development.
