Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest service standards.
• Engage in leadership development and progress toward General Manager.
• Participate in a multi-week leadership training program.
