Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager in Huntersville, NC to oversee a single Panda Express store. You will hire, manage, and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

This role includes the leadership training path designed to prepare you for future GM responsibilities. We provide 12+ weeks of paid leadership training, mentorship, and a comprehensive compensation package with bonus opportunities and full benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Be willing to relocate/move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Ability to open/close shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, supervising, and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver guest experiences.
• Lead and develop staff through onboarding, coaching, and leadership training; progress toward GM certification.
• Ensure food safety, customer satisfaction, and efficient store performance.
