Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure the store delivers consistent quality and service, driving profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in a store leadership training program to develop skills and leadership capabilities.
