Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Temecula, CA. You’ll oversee the operation of a single store, hire and direct staff, and drive financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

An 8+ week Store Leadership Training program is provided to prepare you for success, with mentorship and Panda community support throughout your career.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available for opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring and directing associates to meet financial goals.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and maintain standards.
• Participate in and complete an 8+ weeks leadership training program.
