You will manage a single store's operation, including hiring, supervising and directing of teammates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide an 8+ weeks of store leadership training program to prepare for success.
