Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in the United States. You will oversee a single store, hire and supervise associates, and steer performance to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

We offer an 8+ week leadership training program, mentorship, and a comprehensive benefits package to full-time associates, with opportunities for growth into management roles across locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide leadership training and mentorship during the 8+ week program to prepare for store management.
• Drive continuous improvement to ensure success and growth within the team.
