Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, hiring and directing associates to meet financial targets and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week leadership training program, mentorship, and a supportive Panda community to help you grow. Full-time associates receive a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Serve Safe certified (Food Safety).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, driving financial performance and guest satisfaction.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve store goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in and complete an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare for success.
