You will participate in an 8+ week leadership training program and receive ongoing development support from a caring Panda community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead the 8+ weeks store leadership training program.
• Support career and leadership development with ongoing training and growth opportunities.
