Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Store Manager in the Mansfield, TX area to oversee the operation of a single store and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will hire, coach, and direct associates to meet financial goals and maintain Panda standards.

The role includes an 8+ week leadership training program and ongoing career development within a supportive Panda community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Must be available with a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide 8+ weeks of store leadership training and development.
