Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. seeks an energetic Store Manager to lead a single Panda store in the Fort Worth area. You will hire, coach, and direct associates to achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will complete an 8+ week leadership training program, manage open/close shifts, and ensure food safety and operations. This full-time role includes a generous benefits package, bonus opportunities, and paths for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes openings and closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong verbal communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of a single Panda store.
• Hire, train, and supervise associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Drive store performance and guest satisfaction through effective leadership.
• Lead ongoing leadership development, including the 8+ weeks training program.
