Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Daly City, CA. You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates, drive guest satisfaction, and help achieve financial goals.

We offer a 12+ week leadership training program and a clear path to General Manager (GM) certification GO100, with promotion opportunities within Panda Restaurant Group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda store and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead hiring, training, and supervision to ensure high performance and guest service.
• Complete leadership training and progress toward GM certification.
