Panda Express, part of Panda Restaurant Group, is seeking a Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express store in Yakima, WA. You will hire, develop, and direct associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will participate in a multi-week leadership training, with progression toward General Manager as part of the company’s development path. A strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork is essential.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified.
• ADA accommodations available upon request.

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, directing and managing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Lead training and development through the 12+ week leadership program and GM path preparation.
• Provide ongoing leadership, ensure safety and quality standards, and maintain store performance.
