Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Store Manager in Enterprise, AL to oversee the daily operation of a single Panda Express location. You will hire, coach, and direct team members to hit financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role includes a multi-week leadership training program and a path to promotion as General Manager after GO100 certification. Competitive benefits, paid training, and career development support are offered.

Competenze

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Mansioni

• Oversee the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Prepare the store for success through leadership and adherence to Panda's standards and culture.
• Participate in the leadership development path, with progression toward General Manager after training and certification.
