Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to run a single Panda Express store, overseeing hiring, daily supervision, and guest service to achieve financial goals.

You will participate in Panda's leadership training and work toward promotion along the General Manager development path. During 12+ weeks of leadership training, you will build a strong foundation in Panda's operations and culture, with ongoing career development and exposure to multiple leadership tracks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• This role is designed to prepare you for success as a future General Manager while providing a strong foundation in Panda's operations, culture, and leadership expectations.
