Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, the owner of Panda Express, is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express location. You will hire, train, and supervise associates to drive performance and guest satisfaction.

The role includes training through 12+ weeks, pursuing GM certification, and progression toward General Manager. A comprehensive benefits package supports your work and personal growth, including meals, bonus opportunities, health coverage, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring and directing of associates to meet financial goals and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a leadership development path with training to prepare for GM responsibilities.
• Support ongoing training and leadership development for career advancement to General Manager.
