Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda store and manage associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead hiring, training, and directing of staff in line with Panda's leadership expectations.
• Participate in leadership development and promotion pathways for future GM roles.
