Job summary

Panda Express is seeking a Store Manager to oversee the operation of a single Panda Express location. You will lead associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences, while ensuring adherence to standards and policies.

We provide an 8+ week store leadership training program and ongoing professional development to help you advance within the Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. system and community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage store operations and staff to meet financial goals and guest experience.
• Provide leadership training and development through the 8+ week program.
