Panda Express is seeking an experiencedStore Manager to oversee the operation of a single location, leading associates to meet financial goals and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will be responsible for hiring, directing staff, and maintaining high standards of service.

As part of our development, we offer a comprehensive 8+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare you for ongoing success within Panda Express and the Panda Restaurant Group family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide leadership and drive to make the store a success.
• Complete an 8 or more weeks store leadership training program.
