The role requires flexibility for opening and closing shifts, travel within 50 miles, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality dining experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Openings/closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage, and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and participate in 8+ weeks of leadership training provided by Panda Express.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
