Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group in Rockford Township, IL, is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single Panda store, hire and direct associates, and strive to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

New hires begin with a comprehensive leadership training program and GO100 certification, with a clear path toward General Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experiences.
• External hires begin their leadership journey as Store Managers as part of our GM development path.
• Completion of training programs with GO100 to become eligible for GM promotion.
