Panda Express is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single Panda store in the Baton Rouge area, overseeing hiring, directing associates to achieve financial goals, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. An 8+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50‑mile radius from home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver guest experiences.
• Lead and develop the store team and ensure quality, service and cleanliness standards.
• Participate in ongoing leadership training and career development programs.
