Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager to oversee a single Panda Express location in the Fargo area. You will hire, train and supervise staff to hit financial targets and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role includes an 8+ week leadership training program and ongoing development within a nationwide family-owned brand known for growth opportunities and community involvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move within 50 miles of home.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program.
• Ensure consistent leadership and customer experience.
