Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Largo, FL. You will oversee a single store’s operations, hire, train, and supervise associates, and drive guest satisfaction alongside financial goals.

We provide an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program, mentorship, and a strong Panda community that supports your growth and success. This on-site role requires flexibility to work openings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 miles radius from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
• Prepare and participate in an 8+ weeks Store Leadership Training program.
• Maintain safety and quality standards in daily operations.
