Panda Express in Largo, FL is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a single store and drive guest experiences. You will hire, coach and supervise team members to reach financial goals while delivering exceptional service. You’ll participate in a 3+ week leadership training program to prepare you for success.

The role requires a flexible schedule, including openings and closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with mobility within a 50-mile radius from home.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings and closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serv Safe certified.
