Job summary

Panda Express, part of Panda Restaurant Group, is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Tampa, Florida. You will oversee the operation of a single store, including hiring, directing of associates, and driving financial results while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We provide 8+ weeks of store leadership training, mentorship, and support from our Panda community to help you succeed and grow within the Panda Restaurant Group family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate within 50 miles.
• Available for flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store.
• Hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals.
• Ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Prepare for success through leadership training.
