Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Florida. You will oversee the operation of a single Panda Express location, drive financial results, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare you for success, mentorship, and supportive Panda community guidance as you grow with the company. This role requires flexible scheduling and relocation within 50 miles as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store; hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program and apply mentorship and Panda community support to succeed.
