Qualifications

• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in store leadership training and development programs.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and guest satisfaction across all shifts.
