Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Panda Express location. You will hire, coach and direct team members to meet financial and guest service goals, while delivering quality meals in a fast-paced setting.

We provide over eight weeks of leadership training, plus comprehensive benefits and ongoing professional development for career growth within the Panda family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified for Food Safety responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor staff through an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program.
• Ensure high standards of food safety, quality, and guest experience in a fast-paced environment.
