Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
• Hire, manage and direct store staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences and store performance.
• Complete the 8+ week Store Leadership Training program provided by Panda to prepare for success.
