Job summary

Panda Express in Henderson, NV is seeking a Store Manager to lead the operation of a single Panda Express store, drive guest satisfaction, and achieve financial goals.

You will hire, mentor and direct associates, and participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program to set you up for success within our Panda Restaurant Group family. This role requires flexibility to move within 50 miles and the ability to work opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be willing to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
