Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, coach, and supervise associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Provide leadership and ensure execution of company standards and procedures.
• Participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare for success.
