A leadership training program spanning 8+ weeks will prepare you for success. The role requires relocation within 50 miles of home, a flexible schedule including openings, closings, weekends and holidays, and Food Safety Serve Safe certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Willing to relocate within 50 miles from home.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in a formal Store Leadership Training program.
