• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Hire, manage and direct store associates to achieve financial goals and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store and drive performance.
• Lead and participate in an eight+ week leadership training program to prepare for success.
