The role requires payroll budgeting discipline, inventory oversight, and hands-on leadership to maintain excellent operations and customer satisfaction every day.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or degree.
• Four years prior retail management experience in an apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior experience with a computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Leads and models a customer first culture across all roles.
• Monitors payroll and ensures it does not exceed the monthly budget; verifies timesheets.
• Drives store to meet Total Monthly Income goals via leadership and performance standards.
• Manages inventory, special orders, receiving, layaway, and quality control of merchandise.
