Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Store Manager to lead operations, inventory, and a team of 8-15 across all shifts. You will drive store performance, upsell promotions, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership and flexibility to cover shifts, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays. You will recruit, train, and coach staff while managing banking, vendor orders, and merchandising to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Food Safety Certification must be obtained or on hand.
• Retail or food management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, integrity and decisiveness.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of store operations, team, and performance.
• Lead and inspire a team of 8-15 employees across shifts.
• Be the go-to person for coverage, including evenings and weekends.
• Run the register, stock, upsell, and maintain facilities.
• Coach staff to deliver service and promote promotions.
• Hire, train and develop new team members for growth.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising.
• Handle banking, deposits, and ensure safety standards.
• Control expenses and labor while hitting sales goals.
• Execute company programs and marketing initiatives.
