Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Store Manager who will lead daily store operations, drive performance, and mentor a team of 8–15 employees across all shifts. The role requires being the on-floor leader, covering various shifts including evenings and weekends, while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and excellent customer service.

You will manage inventory, vendor orders, merchandising, and banking deposits, with responsibilities across training, coaching, and program execution.

Qualifications

• Open availability to work any shift including evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays.
• Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
• Certification must have or obtain a Food Safety Certification.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store operations, team, and performance.
• Lead and inspire a team of 8-15 employees across all shifts.
• Coach team members to deliver excellent service and upsell promotions.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members focusing on growth and teamwork.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising.
• Handle banking and cash deposits.
