Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a proactive Store Manager to lead a busy location. You will drive store performance, coach a team of 8–15 across shifts, and maintain high standards of service, safety, and cleanliness.

You’ll own inventory, promotions, banking, and daily operations while demonstrating hands-on leadership, reliability, and strong communication. This hourly role requires willingness to cover all shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in retail or food service.
• Ability to coach and develop a team across shifts.
• Strong focus on customer service and upselling.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store operations, team, and performance.
• Lead 8–15 employees across all shifts.
• Be the go-to for coverage; work days with evenings, overnights, weekends, holidays.
• Run registers, stock, upsell, clean facilities, and maintain lot and pumps.
• Coach staff to deliver excellent service and promote promotions.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members for growth and accountability.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising.
• Handle banking and deposits; must have valid driver’s license and transportation.
