Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive store performance, and train a 8–15 person team across all shifts. The role requires hands-on leadership, versatility, and a strong focus on safety and customer service.

You will manage inventory, expenses, and promotions while ensuring high standards of cleanliness and efficiency. This hourly position emphasizes leadership by example and flexibility across shifts to meet store needs.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Must have or be able to obtain Food Safety Certification.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store operations, team, and performance.
• Lead and inspire a team of 8-15 employees across all shifts.
• Be the go‑to person for coverage, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Run the register, stock, upsell, clean facilities, and maintain lot and pumps.
• Coach team to deliver excellent service and upsell promotions and items.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members with a growth focus.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising.
• Handle banking and cash deposits with compliance and safety.
